The drainage outlet on the device is specifically designed to match the included drain hose, and the dimensions are compatible.To ensure a watertight connection, the interface is intentionally designed to be snug.We recommend aligning the hose with the outlet and screwing it in using a twisting motion to achieve a secure seal.If you’re still experiencing issues, please feel free to send us a photo of the hose — we’ll be happy to assist further.

Absolutely!When the humidity is low, simply switch the device to Fan Mode, and it will continue circulating and purifying the air using its built-in filtration system.

Yes, it operates quietly at a minimum noise level of 39 dB. It has a sleep mode that dims lights and controls humidity, perfect for bedrooms and nurseries.
